How are you? In your mind, body and heart?
I’m enjoying long days, being out in nature, sea swims, spending time with friends and being on a screen less. I’m also tired. So, I’m taking a little break from the letter and will be back with you later this summer.
While I’m gone I wanted to let you with some of my favourite sequences for this time of year.
Write to Pause
If like me you struggle to take breaks (guilt-free) this is a lovely one.

Because life, and anxious thought patterns, continue whatever the weather - a great go-to.
Write for Joy
It’s a beautiful time of year for exploring places you love, so this one’s a keeper.
