Hello Dear One,
Are you struggling with the weather? Here, we’ve had storm after storm, a dip in temperature and slushy snow. The long, treasured evenings of spring and summer feel far away; instead, winter seems never-ending. I know it’s not, but it feels like it is. And that’s ok.
This week I have a short, mood-boosting practice, easily adapted to any kind of blues. As always giving yourself space on the page to express your feelings is the most powerful step – don’t skip it.
The things I have to love right now include my dog Hope, music, nourishing food, coffee, candles, time to write, the earth/sky/rainbows, cosy jumpers, my car, warm showers and beautiful friends. Just writing that list helped me feel better!
Thanks for being here, and being you.
All love,
Jo
